International Orders

If you wish to order from a location outside of the UK – Please e-mail our office – info@rivieraglow.co.uk. Overseas orders are exempt from all FREE DELIVERY offers. Royal Mail Delivery options only apply to order destinations within the UK. Overseas orders will have a bespoke delivery charge which will be made clear to you before your order is accepted.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number on-your order confirmation emails.

Where is my order?

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 day of receiving the order. You should receive your order with in 1-4 business days after dispatch.
All orders will require a signature on delivery. Should no-one be available to do this, Royal Mail will leave a collection note for you to collect from the location or arrange redelivery.

Can I add to my order?

Orders cannot be amended once placed without incurring an extra delivery fee due to the prompt processing of our orders. Please review your order carefully before payment is made.

What if I order the wrong item/colour?

Exchanges can be processed if the item is returned to us within 7 days of purchase. Items cannot be used and have to be in a re-sellable condition. These items need to be returned to us at your cost. Damages during delivery of returns is your responsibility and will not be acceptable for an exchange or refund.

What if my order is incorrect?

If you have received an item not in the condition as advertised, please contact our team on info@rivieraglow.co.uk within 7 days of purchase and we will advise you if you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
